I truly love Bridal Coordination- there is nothing better than making a couple’s day feel completely magical. From the smallest details and a trusted team behind me, we make sure every inch of your day goes exactly as planned- so you can focus on soaking it all in.

She enjoys spending time with her two beautiful girls along with her husband, reading books, and….her chickens!

    Our calm in the chaos and queen of the empathetic moments. She’s the one quietly making sure your reserved seats are filled, reading the room, and making sure Samantha gets content! She is kind, loyal, and truly one of the good ones— and we’re lucky to have her on the team! When she isnt working you can find her working on her house, at her day job, or at a country concert! She is one of the girlies!

For couples who have already put together their perfect team of vendors and are now looking for a picture perfect wedding day, we offer a tailored service to provide peace of mind. We will take care of all the details, from creating a seamless timeline for the day to conducting a thorough walkthrough of the venue to finalize logistics and layout. With our Month-of Planning Service, you can enjoy your wedding celebration to the fullest, knowing that every aspect is expertly taken care of.

What To Expect

  • 8-10 hours of coordination on your wedding day with the Lux Events team.

  • A detailed comprehensive timeline.

  • Custom timelines for your family & bridal party.

  • Access to our client portal with checklist, questions, and more to guide you in your planning process.

  • Access to our preferred vendor’s list.

  • Coordinate details & times with vendors.

  • Point of contact for vendors on the day of and leading up to the wedding.

  • Conduct ceremony rehearsal (if you choose to upgrade!)

  • Three virtual or in-person meetings in the months leading up to your wedding; one being a walk-through of your venue to discuss time line and logistical items.

  • Manage the wedding day timeline.

  • Cue special guests for special moments (special dances, speeches, etc.)

  • Assist with lining up bridal party for special moments and photos.

  • We base all our general information on an average wedding day timeline of 8-10 hours, but dont worry— We don’t pack up the second the clock hits 10! We are there until the job is done and you are officially celebrating stress free! Your peace of mind is always our priority!

  • Absolutely!!! Your photographer’s timeline focuses mainly on photo moments—and often they are not arriving until the end of getting ready! Our coordination timeline covers EVERY part of the day, including vendor arrival, setup, ceremony cues, reception events, and all the behind the scenes details that make your day run smoothly.

    We work WITH your photographer’s schedule to belnd both timelines seamlessly, so everyone stays on the same page and your day flows perfectly!
